The Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (HPSDMA) confirmed that 374 roads, 524 power transformers, and 145 water supply schemes have been severely disrupted.

    • Rain-related incidents: 133 deaths due to landslides, flash floods, cloudbursts, and house collapses
    • Road accidents: 124 deaths, largely due to slippery roads and poor visibility

  • Kullu: 11 deaths
  • Chamba: 10 deaths

Authorities have urged residents to avoid non-essential travel, especially through vulnerable zones. Rescue and restoration efforts are ongoing, but continuous rainfall and fresh landslides are hampering progress.
